一、导师简介
邹继军,男,博士,教授,全国优秀教师,加州大学伯克利分校访问学者,江苏省优秀博士学位论文获得者,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人,江西省青年科学家培养对象,江西省百千万人才工程人选,江西省高校中青年骨干教师。近年来一直从事电子科学与技术、光学工程学科方面的研究,主要研究方向是辐射探测材料、新能源材料、纳米材料与器件及相关应用技术。系统讲授半导体物理、半导体器件、集成电路工艺、电子与光电子材料和光电检测技术等课程。主持国家或省部级科研项目10多项,包括国家自然科学基金项目3项。近年来项目研究成果共获得省部级科技成果奖5项,先后在国内外知名期刊上发表SCI或EI收录论文70多篇,并获得国家发明专利授权6项。
