一、导师简介

王可教授,男,工学博士(微电子学与固体电子学),江西南昌人。福建省“闽江”学者,德国 “洪堡”学者(亚琛工大)。多年来在国内外一直从事磁、光、电信息存储技术与电子功能薄膜器件新制备方法的研究,应用于大容量硬盘、蓝绿光盘和低功耗相变存储器等领域。发表SCI期刊论文60余篇,引用500余次。申请发明专利9项。负责编辑出版国际会议论文集两部,担任10余个英文期刊编委。
