导师简介

张明智，男，工学博士，副教授，中国工程物理研究院博士后，硕士生导师，1989年生。长期从事宽禁带半导体单晶生长、钙钛矿单晶器件的设计与制备以及辐射探测方法与核电子学系统方面的研究。目前主持江西省自然科学基金面上项目1项，结题省部级项目2项，市厅级项目3项，教改项目1项，参与国家级及省部级科研项目10余项。近5年，已在重要国际学术期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。指导研究生荣获研究生国家奖学金、优秀硕士毕业论文、省级以上竞赛获奖。
