一、导师简介

王可教授,男,江西南昌人,中共党员。华中科技大学电子科学与技术系1990-2000连续取得本科、硕士和博士(微电子学与固体电子学)学位。入选江西省首批双千计划,福建省“闽江”学者,德国“洪堡”学者(亚琛工大)。多年来一直从事磁、光、电信息存储技术与稀土薄膜器件芯片新制备方法的研究,应用于大容量硬盘、蓝绿光盘和低功耗相变存储器等领域。发表SCI期刊论文100余篇,引用800余次。授权发明专利10项。编辑出版国际会议论文集六部,当前担任10余个英文期刊编委。
