一、导师简介

王可教授,男,江西南昌人,中共党员。华中科技大学电子科学与技术系本科(94)、硕士(97)和博士(微电子学与固体电子学,2000)。福建省“闽江”学者,德国“洪堡”学者(亚琛工大)。多年来一直从事磁、光、电信息存储技术与薄膜器件芯片新制备方法的研究,应用于大容量硬盘、蓝绿光盘和低功耗相变存储器等领域。发表SCI期刊论文90余篇,引用500余次。申请发明专利10项。编辑出版国际会议论文集四部,当前担任10余个英文期刊编委。
